Refund Policy

We want every student to make a confident decision. This policy provides a straightforward evaluation period for new purchases.
1. Fourteen-day refund period
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days after the original purchase date. You do not need to provide a reason. Requests received after that period are not eligible except where required by law.
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address used to purchase, with the subject “Refund Request.” Include your full name, purchase date, and payment option. Do not include full card details.
3. Payment plans
If an eligible refund is requested for the three-payment option, we will refund payments collected and cancel remaining scheduled payments where technically possible. The payment plan is otherwise an installment purchase for one program, not a month-to-month subscription.
4. Processing
We may request reasonable information to locate and verify the purchase. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within five business days. Financial institutions control posting time and may take additional business days to display the credit.
5. After the refund period
Except where required by law, refunds are not available after 14 calendar days. Failure to use or complete the course, market changes, inability to obtain authority, or failure to achieve a desired business or career result does not extend the period. We may consider documented hardship requests at our discretion, without creating an ongoing obligation.
6. Duplicate or unauthorized charges
Contact support promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated or unauthorized. We will investigate with the payment processor. This section does not limit rights available through your financial institution or applicable law.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. Where mandatory law gives you greater rights, that law controls.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can address billing issues. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in access suspension and submission of relevant transaction and usage records to the payment processor as permitted by law.
